Batteries collected throughout India & abroad by our own sourcing team are recycled thanks to RandRock's unique know-how. After neutralizing their acid, the batteries are crushed according to a process designed and patented by our engineers, in order to separate lead and polypropylene. RandRock has tie – up or licensed with ACE Green has developed an electric powered, emission free lead-acid battery recycling technology and as such is at the fore-front of the green economy.
Pure Refined Lead


Pure Lead Ingots are produced from Raw Lead Briquettes from our electrolytic technology division using Aqua refining process. Our refining process produces Pure Lead Ingots with a purity level ranging from 99.97% to 99.996% by weight.
Our plants have a capacity of 500MT per month and machinery like Automatic Ingot Casting Machine casts 3 MT ingots per hour and ensures Dross-Free, smooth top surface and uniform weight of each ingot.
Lead Alloys


By far the greatest use of Lead today is for the manufacture of Lead-Acid batteries. Lead-Acid Batteries consume about 75 – 80 % of the world’s Lead production and this represents the single largest application for Lead and Lead alloys.
Our Alloying Plant is capable of producing various kinds of Lead Alloys – Selenium,Antimony,Calcium,Tin etc.
Lead Oxide


RandRock has a profound understanding of the production and technical application of lead oxides. Able to supply all grades of lead oxides with specific characteristics such as
Lead Sub Oxide/Grey Oxide used by lead acid battery producers are the biggest consumers.
Red lead is produced in two steps using continuous operating furnaces. Red lead can be supplied in different grades matching the needs of optical or crystal glasses, paints, frits for ceramics, technical ceramics, specific plastic compounds and batteries.
Litharge is mainly used in the glass, ceramics, chemical and mining (to produce lead acetates) industries for benefits of pure rhombic, & yellow modification,very low content of impurities, improves homogenity of piezo ceramic and rubber compounds
